When it comes to children’s television shows and movies, there’s often the odd joke or comment slipped in that goes way above their little heads, intended for the parents forced to watch.

And it seems this sometimes happens with books for kids as well.

A mum named Lauren has gone viral on TikTok and entertained many fellow parents after sharing a clip of her reading a line from her daughter’s princess story.

The seemingly innocent line ends up sounds rather X-rated as the mum reads and she pans the camera to show her face, eyes wide, looking a little bit mortified – her child though, is completely oblivious and tells her to read the “next one”.

The mum's expression after reading the line from the princess bookIn the clip, posted by @porter201095, Lauren can be heard saying: “That’s not my princess, her fan is too fluffy.”

The illustration in the book, shows a red-haired princess holding up a feathery fan.

More than 108,000 people have since watched the video, with it garnering over 14,000 likes.

Hundreds of people also took the time to comment on the book, sharing their great amusement.

One person wrote: “When I say I spat out chocolate milk. I MEAN I SPAT OUT MY CHOCOLATE MILK.”

Someone else asked: “Have you got the Christmas one? It says ‘that’s not my Santa, his sack is too rough’.”

“Oh god,” proclaimed a third.

Another said: “OMG f**ny.”

A different user replied: “HOLY CRUD ME MUM WAS WATCHING.”

The idea of our parents taking sexy snaps and posing in their underwear – or even completely nude – then sharing them online for all to see is something we don’t really want to think about.

But one son not only encourages his mum to do just that, he even went as far as to make an OnlyFans account for her.

Leonardo Hathaway, a 19-year-old who lives in London, is fully supportive of his mum, Lucene Duarte’s, glamour modelling career, reports The Daily Star.

Lucene has previously been featured in men’s magazines such as Playboy Portugal and Australia’s FHM and she also won the Miss Bumbum World contest in 2019.

“We have an incredible relationship between mother and child. I have to support her choices, just as she supports mine,” said Leonardo.

“When asked if I support her, I always ask back: ‘Why shouldn’t I?’”

He adds that he opened the account for his parent on the adult subscription site to help push his mum further on in her career – and in the hopes he might earn a little extra pocket money as well.

Lucene will now be able to post saucy content behind a paywall and earn money from subscribers.

Leonardo isn’t the only teen to be supportive of their parent’s OnlyFans pursuit.

Kerry Katona recently revealed her daughter Heidi, 13, is often behind the camera taking raunchy pictures of her mum to upload to OnlyFans.

Speaking to Closer magazine, Kerry explained: “My children know I do it and Heidi even takes some of the pictures of me for the site.

“I say to [the children] ‘What’s the difference between me getting papped topless on a beach or going topless on a site I’m in control of?’
